Drop In / Full Face Flange Gaskets

Flange Gaskets are used in a variety of applications including water meters.

Grand River has expanded capability in the production of 1.5” and 2” Drop In / Full Face flange gaskets. Utilizing our proprietary lathe cut manufacturing process combined with stamped punching, we manufacture the gaskets without expensive tooling. We can also offer a variety of thicknesses vs. just a standard sheet stock size.

Municipal water systems require NSF (National Sanitation Foundation) standard gaskets to make sure drinking water is safe. Grand River manufactures NSF/ANSI 61 certified gaskets. The standard requires testing for prohibited substances and contaminants that could leach out of gaskets. Offering peroxide cured EPDM material in 50, 60, 70, and 80 ±5 durometers, the full-face flange gasket thickness can also be modified to customer requirements with investment in tooling. Non-NSF and standards EPDM materials are also available.
